Nexity: appoints deputy CEO and CSR manager
(CercleFinance.com) - Nexity has announced that Nadia Ben Salem-Nicolas will join the group at the end of May as Deputy CEO, in charge of finance.
Nadia Ben Salem-Nicolas began her career in 2003 in investment banking at Lazard and then worked for Goldman Sachs. In 2015, she joined Danone, where she held key responsibilities in finance, as M&A Director and then as Director of Investor Relations, before being appointed CFO of Danone's Water division. She is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and ESSEC.
In addition, Marjolaine Grisard will join Nexity at the beginning of May as Group CSR Director where she will continue to implement the Group's low carbon strategy.
Marjolaine Grisard has a long experience in environmental issues with a first experience within the consulting and engineering agency Saunier & Associés, followed by ADP Group, which she joined in 2005. Marjolaine Grisard held various positions in the field of environment and CSR before being appointed Head of the CSR Department in 2018. She is a graduate of AgroParisTech and ENGREF (Ecole Nationale du Génie Rural, des Eaux et des Forêts).
The two new recruits will join Nexity's Executive Committee.
The Nexity share is up over 2% on Thursday morning.
