Nexity: completes 2028 convertible bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Nexity has announced that it has completed its 2028 convertible bond (OCEANE) issue, representing a nominal amount of 240 million euros, which will extend the maturity of its debt by financing the repurchase of part of the OCEANE bonds in circulation set to mature in 2023 and which were issued on 13 May 2016.
The 2028 OCEANE bonds have a par value of 59.81 euros each, with an issue premium of 35% compared to the reference price of the Nexity share on the regulated market of Euronext Paris. Settlement-delivery is scheduled for 19 April.
The 2028 OCEANE bonds will be issued at par and will bear interest at an annual rate of 0.875%, payable semi-annually in arrears on 19 April and 19 October each year (or the following business day), and for the first time on 19 October 2021.
