Nexity: new 2.3 billion euro credit facility

3 billion euro syndicated corporate credit facility, including a 500 million euro cash credit line and 1.8 billion euros in guarantee commitments, notably including performance bonds and bank guarantees).
This new credit facility replaces the existing facility entered into by the Group, which was due to expire in December 2018.
"This credit facility will help provide the cash necessary to meet Nexity's general financing needs for the Group's development. The guarantee commitments will enable the Group to expand its development programs (in both residential and commercial real estate) as well as its urban planning activities" Nexity said.
