Gecina: sells hotel portfolio
(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina has announced that it has completed the sale of its portfolio of hotels, based on a valuation, excluding duties, of approximately 181 million euros, to Angelo Gordon & Co and EQ Group.
"This portfolio, comprising the premises and business of five hotels located in Paris, Boulogne, Bougival and Roissy, is from the Eurosic portfolio," the group said.
"This operation is in line with the strategy to divest non-strategic assets."
