Gecina: repurchase offer on three bond strains
(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina announces the launch of a repurchase offer on three of its existing bond strains; 500 million euros maturing in 2021, 300 million euros maturing in 2023 and 500 million euros maturing in 2024.
The real estate group specifies that these three loans respectively offer coupons of 1.75%, 2.875% and 2.00%, with their outstandings currently amounting to 185.8 million euros, 210.3 million euros and 500 million euros.
In particular, the repurchase offer is subject to a maximum acceptance amount. Its results will be announced on 4 June, subject to changes resulting from any extension, withdrawal, termination or modification of the offer.
