Gecina: successful bond issue.
(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina has placed a bond in three tranches for a total of 1.
5 billion euros, with an average coupon of 1.3% and average maturity of 10 years.
These three bond issues were largely oversubscribed to (about 5.5 billion euros).
Conducted in particularly favourable market conditions, they are intended to refinance part of the bridge of 2.5 billion euros implemented as part of the merger with Eurosic.
