Bureau Veritas: divests HSE Consulting to Apex
(CercleFinance.com) - Bureau Veritas announces the divestiture of its North American Health, Safety and Environment Advisory Services (HSE Consulting) business to Apex Companies, LLC.
HSE Consulting's revenues reached approximately 30 million dollars in 2018. The transaction was completed on 28 June 2019.
"We continue to focus on growing our core business to better meet the evolving needs of our clients in North America," said Natalia Shuman, Executive Vice President and CEO North America, Bureau Veritas.
