Bureau Veritas: confirms all targets.
(CercleFinance.com) - Today and tomorrow Bureau Veritas is hosting, meetings with investors in both Paris and Rotterdam, at which the group will confirm its forecasts for 2017 through to 2020.
For the current year, management of the certification and compliance specialist still expects "slightly positive organic growth", with growth accelerating in the second half. As expected, the operating margin will be around 16%.
Moreover, CEO Didier Michaud-Daniel adds, "The execution of the 2020 Strategic Plan is now well underway and delivering tangible benefits," - "c.40% of 2020 external growth ambition achieved" adds Bureau Veritas. In short, adds Michaud-Daniel, there is still talk of "reaching 5% to 7% of organic growth by 2020, increasing the adjusted operating margin to over 17%".
Finally, cash generation in 2017 is still expected to exceed the level of 2016, while by 2020 it should be significant.
