Bureau Veritas: acquisition in Japan.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening Bureau Veritas announced the acquisition of IPS Tokai Corporation, one of the main testing laboratories of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for the automotive sector in Japan.
IPS Tokai Corporation will be the first of Bureau Veritas' laboratories on the market for technological tests in the country.
This acquisition, the price of which has not been revealed, will enable Bureau Veritas to create synergies with its Smartworld businesses to support high-tech brands and Japanese manufacturers that continue to develop digital and Wireless innovations.
