Bourbon: request to suspend share listing
(CercleFinance.com) - The maritime services group Bourbon says that it has requested the suspension of the listing of its share, after certain creditors of its subsidiaries sent them a demand for payment of receivables and/or contractual indemnities.
As a guarantor of part of this amount, i.e. approximately 800 million dollars, Bourbon is examining available options and intends to continue discussions with its creditors with a view to taking all appropriate measures to protect its interests and those of its personnel.
