Bourbon: debt rescheduled by end-July.
(CercleFinance.com) - Bourbon has announced that as the new terms have now been met, the final date for the rescheduling agreement for the group's financial debt of 910.
8 million euros is now set at 28 July.
The offshore oil services group adds that the main features of the redevelopment of the majority of the company's financial debt, including applicable margins and maturities, remain unchanged.
Bourbon has now met the conditions for it to successfully complete its Stronger for longer plan, underlined CEO Jacques de Chateauvieux. The group will therefore be able to take advantage of the upturn in business that is beginning.
