iliad: 9m sales growth reaches 6.6%
(CercleFinance.com) - iliad, the parent company of Free, has reported Q3 sales growth of 6.
3% to 1.42 billion euros, bringing its 9m 2020 sales growth to 6.6% to 4.2 billion euros.
This growth at end-September was driven by continued solid sales momentum in Italy (revenue of 483 million euros for the first nine months) and the 1.8% increase in services revenue in France, which absorbed the 14.2% decline in equipment sales.
The group said that it is the leading company in France in fixed-line subscriber adds this quarter. With a total of 99,000 net new subscribers over the period, iliad has recorded its best performance since Q4 2012, it pointed out.
