Iliad: E650m bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Iliad has announced that on Wednesday it completed a bond issue of 650 million euros, maturing in six years (i.
e. on 17 June 2026), with an annual coupon of 2.375%.
This issue was largely oversubscribed to, with demand of around 2 billion euros. It enables the telecommunications group to, "increase its liquidity and extend the maturity of its debt".
"The money raised will support the Group's development in France and Italy and enable it to continue the roll-out of its fibre and mobile infrastructure," Iliad added, which "As a result, the iliad Group is ramping-up its 2024 Odyssey plan with confidence".
