Orpea: continues with growth in Q1
(CercleFinance.com) - On publishing its first-quarter sales, after trading on Wednesday, Orpea renewed its forecasts for 2018.
As a result, the French specialist in care for the elderly still targets turnover of about 3.4 billion euros (+8.3% compared to 2017) and an Ebitda margin of at least its level last year, with new organic and external developments.
Regarding Q1, the group recorded 10.7% sales growth as reported at 832.1 million euros (+5.4% in organic terms). In particular, revenues increased by 45.4% and 14.8% respectively in the "Eastern Europe" and "Central Europe" zones, to 80.1 million euros and 214.5 million euros.
