Orange: three-tranche bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Orange announces that it had borrowed 2.
5 billion euros in three bond tranche; 750 million euros, maturing in seven years with a coupon of 0.0%, one billion euros, maturing in 13 years with a coupon of 0.50% and 750 million euros, maturing in 30 years with a coupon of 1.375%.
Thanks to these issues, the telecoms operator says that it is continuing with its prudent and active balance sheet management policy. Crédit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs International, Barclays, BBVA, Deutsche Bank and ING are acting as co-lead banks.
