Orange: fiber soon for all 'RIP' in France
(CercleFinance.com) - The Orange group announced on Wednesday that its fiber optic network will soon be available on all public initiative networks (RIP) in France.
"Through this decision, all residents and professionals living in areas covered by Public Initiative Networks, deployed by Orange or by third-party operators, will progressively be able to take advantage of Orange's fibre offers. Orange's fibre offers are already available to over 500,000 homes and business premises in PIN areas. This will increase to nearly three million eligible connections by the end of 2019," Orange said.
