Orange: issues bond loan for two billion euros
(CercleFinance.com) - Orange announces that it has made bond issues of 800 million euros maturing in September 2025 with a coupon of 1% and 1.
2 billion euros maturing in September 2030 with a coupon of 1.875%, pursuing its prudent and active management policy of its balance sheet.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Société Générale (global coordinators), Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Natwest Markets, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Goldman Sachs International and MUFG are acting as lead managers.
