Orange: signature of lease with Altarea Cogedim.

(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday afternoon Orange announced that it has signed a lease with Altarea Cogedim and Crédit Agricole Assurances, joint investors of the "Pont d'Issy" project, for the installation of the incumbent operator's future headquarters in the Parisian suburb, Issy-les-Moulineaux.

Designed by the architectural firm Jean-Paul Viguier et Associés, this project, called "BRIDGE," will be delivered in the summer of 2020. It is part of Orange's strategic plan entitled "Essentiels 2020," which aims to put digital and human resources at the heart of the company.

The site was born from the reunification of land belonging to Benson Elliot and Crédit Agricole Assurances. Instead of building two high towers, Altarea Cogedim has rethought the plan and has opted for an alternative project, with the creation of an atrium that recreates an inner city, gardens and terraces with views over Issy -les-Moulineaux, Paris, the river Seine and Île Saint-Germain.

Extending over 56,000 square metres, it will also be able to welcome almost 3,000 Orange employees and visitors.
