Renault: takes majority stake in Exadis, alongside Mobivia
(CercleFinance.com) - Renault and Mobivia are joining forces to jointly acquire the majority of Exadis' capital.
This is a spare parts company which is part of the Laurent Group.
The project provides that Exadis will independently pursue and develop its business as a distributor-stockist of multi-brand automotive parts.
Mobivia is the European leader in vehicle maintenance and equipment, with over 2,070 workshops and car showrooms in its networks (Norauto, A.T.U, Midas and Carter-Cash, etc.).
