Renault: best year for volumes in France since 2010

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault reports that sales of passenger cars and commercial vehicles in France rose by 2.
4% in 2018 to 689,788 units, which is its highest level of volumes in eight years, representing a market share of 26.2%.

With a total of 141,586 registrations for both these categories (+18.6%), Dacia once again beats its historical sales record in France. Meanwhile, for PC, the brand's market share rose by 0.9 point to 6.5%, reaching fourth place for the first time.

Renault also points out that it has placed five vehicles in the top 10 PCs, with Clio leading the sales for the ninth year in a row, with over 123,600 units registered, and four vehicles in the top four spots for PCs.
