Renault: launches several projects
(CercleFinance.com) - Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi has announced the launch of a number of projects that are aimed at accelerating convergence in key areas, in the wake of its September 2017 announcement of the "Alliance 2022" medium-term plan.
The Alliance has appointed project managers to identify new opportunities for synergies and strengthen convergence. These projects should lead to a new organisational structure, with the implementation of the convergence plan launched on 1 April 2018.
It therefore intends for greater convergence in purchasing, engineering, manufacturing and logistics, the creation of two new converged functions (customer satisfaction and after-sales service), as well as a business development function.
