Renault: signs contract with Al-Futtaim in Pakistan.
(CercleFinance.com) - The Renault Group and Al-Futtaim have announced that they have concluded a framework contract for the assembly and distribution of Renault vehicles in Pakistan.
The Renault Group will contribute its latest models and technological expertise. Meanwhile, Al-Futtaim will establish a new manufacturing and assembly plant and will exclusively distribute Renault vehicles, based on its perfect knowledge of the market.
Al-Futtaim's global automotive business spans 11 markets across the Middle East, Africa and Southern Asia. Pakistan represents one of the most dynamic and attractive markets in these regions, especially thanks to its new policy of automotive development, the company said.
