BNP Paribas: Q3 net income down 2.3%

1%) y-o-y, at historical consolidation scope and exchange rates, although was up 2.1% LFL.
For the first nine months of 2020, net banking income rose to 33,448 million euros, up 0.6% compared to the first nine months of 2019.
At 2,503 million euros the Group's operating income was down 4.8%. Meanwhile, net income, group share was 1,894 million euros, down 2.3% compared to Q3 2019. Excluding extraordinary items, this reached 1,940 million euros, down 8.3%.
Net income, group share was 5,475 million euros, down 13.4% compared to the first nine months of 2019. Excluding extraordinary items, it reached 5,377 million euros, down 15.0%.
At 30 September 2020, its common equity Tier 1 ratio was 12.6% up 20 basis points from 30 June 2020.
