Société Générale: new organisation of corporate banking
(CercleFinance.com) - As announced on 9 April, Société Générale is adapting the organisation of its Global Banking and Investor Solutions activities with the creation of the Business Unit Global Banking and Advisory.
This new BU, under the responsibility of Pierre Palmieri, combines advisory, capital markets and financing services with "the aim to provide the most integrated service offering to the Bank's clients".
The new organisation of Global Banking and Investor Solutions also includes the simplification of the market activities' organisation: Equities & Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income & Currencies.
