Dassault Systèmes: to propose 56 cent dividend at May's AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Systèmes has announced that its board of directors has decided to propose its shareholders, at its AGM of 26 May, a dividend of 0.
56 euro per share for fiscal year 2020, exclusively in cash.
The software publisher, which in particular offers the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, specifies that the ex-dividend date of the proposed dividend will be set for 28 May, to be paid on 1 June.
