Publicis: finalises acquisition of Epsilon
(CercleFinance.com) - Publicis Groupe has announced that it has finalised the acquisition of Epsilon, a data-driven marketing company, for a net sum of 3.
95 billion dollars, after taking into account positive tax effects relating to the transaction.
Based on pro-forma figures for 2018, the transaction had an acreative impact of 12.5% on underlying EPS and increased free cash flow per share by 18.3%, excluding synergies relating to the transaction.
