Eiffage: acquires VSK in Netherlands
(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage Energie Systèmes today announced that it is pursuing its external growth strategy in Europe with the acquisition of VSK in the Netherlands.
The Group has acquired 51% of this Dutch company, which specialises in the design, construction and maintenance of electrical switchboards. VSK, which has 30 employees, had sales of E5.3m in 2022.
On 20 April 2023, Eiffage Energie Systèmes acquired 90% of Safety Service in the Netherlands, a company operating in the buoyant fire safety market. At the beginning of April 2023, 74% of Pulsar Consulting, a Belgian company specialising in the development of applications for industry, was also acquired.
