Eiffage: BlackRock reduces stake under 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 27 August it reduced its stake in Eiffage, now holding 4.
78% of its capital and 4.14% of its voting rights.
The US asset manager explained that this threshold was crossed due to the OTC sale of Eiffage shares and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
