Eiffage: finalises new credit facility
(CercleFinance.com) - The construction and concessions group Eiffage says that it has raised its credit line to two billion euros, associating social and environmental criteria with it, via a deal that was oversubscribed to 45% by a consortium of 20 institutions.
This new facility replaces the unused line of one billion euros expiring in April 2021. Concluded for five years with two possible extensions of one year each, it extends the maturity of funds and improves their terms.
Eiffage says that the margin of this credit facility will jpartly depend on its performance in two important non-financial areas that it privileges - workplace safety and the reduction of its carbon footprint.
