Eiffage: acquires 51% of Kropman group
(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage has announced the acquisition of 51% of Kropman group, a company based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
It is specialised in multi-technique electrical and mechanical engineering and the control and measurement of contamination.
Kropman has over 800 employees and generated revenues of 153 million euros in 2017.
The transaction is scheduled for completion in 2018.
