Lagardère: Oddo BHF still a buyer, but cuts target
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday an analyst at Oddo BHF says that he is slashing his target price for the Lagardère group share from 26 euros to 14 euros - which still represents upside potential of 60%.
Lagardère is currently facing a very difficult situation. The containment measures that are following on from each other worldwide are leading to a paralysis of means of transport and therefore a likely collapse of its Travel Retail sales (40% of EBIT in 2019), the broker notes.
Analysts say that making forecasts for the whole year is very difficult because nobody yet knows how long the health crisis will last, it being unprecedented in the company's history.
