Lagardère: options being evaluated for Lagardère Sports
(CercleFinance.com) - As regards the strategic refocusing item confirmed in its AGM in May, Lagardère declared that it is currently evaluating the strategic options for the sale of all or part of Lagardère Sports.
During this process, the group could need to agree to short-term periods of exclusivity for potential buyers. At this stage, nothing is sufficiently precise to be divulged. The market will be informed as and when necessary.
Lagardère added that it does not plan to comment on the rumours concerning specific partners such as Wasserman or Endeavor, which are “established and esteemed players of this industry”, and is not making any comments on figures either.
