Lagardère: dividend and appointments approved at AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - Lagardère has said that its shareholder general meeting on Friday, which represented a quorum of over 62%, approved all resolutions proposed by management, with an average approval rate of 97.
81%.
Shareholders notably approved the the media and publishing group's payment of a dividend of 1.30 euro per share, which will be detached from the share on 14 May and paid from 16 May.
They also ratified the co-optation and renewal of the term of office of Jamal Benomar's on the group' supervisory board for four years, as well as the appointment of Gilles Petit as member of the supervisory board for four years.
