Lagardère: BlackRock cuts stake
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 15 March it cut its stake in Lagardère's capital to below the threshold of 5% and that it now holds 4.
88% of the group's capital and 3.63% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the sale of Lagardère shares on the market, along with a restitution of shares held as collateral.
