Vivendi: leaves Fnac Darty's capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi has announced that it has sold its stake in Fnac Darty's capital, although will continue to develop partnerships with the group
Vivendi will use its option to leave Fnac Darty's capital.
The group opted today for a settlement in shares of the hedging transaction concluded in January 2018, on its 11% stake in Fnac Darty's capital.
This settlement will be on 10 July 2018. Vivendi will receive the settlement of 267 million euros on 12 July, corresponding to the hedging price of 91 euros per share, for an initial investment of 159 million euros, or 54 euros per share, which was made in May 2016.
