Vivendi: supports Amos Genish to head Telecom Italia

94% of ordinary shares, declares that it is satisfied with the appointment by the Board of Amos Genish as CEO of the Italian telecoms operator in its meeting on Monday.
The French group reaffirms its long-term engagement with Telecom Italia and supports the 2018-2020 industrial plan presented by Amos Genish on 12 March, which was unanimously approved by the Board.
Vivendi says that it will monitor that the “plan is coherently implemented in its entirety” and that “the measures taken to improve the operator's profitability, which are already bearing fruit, are continued”.
