Zodiac Aerospace: FSP confirms contribution of its stake
(CercleFinance.com) - The Fonds Stratégique de Participations (FSP), managed by the Edmond de Rothschild Group, has confirmed the contribution of its stake in Zodiac Aerospace to the public exchange offer initiated by Safran on 7 December.
The merger between Zodiac Aerospace and Safran is a value-creating project that will enable two highly complementary companies to further strengthen their global technological and industrial leadership, FSP explains.
It intends to actively participate in Safran's governance, through a joint venture that has been jointly created with FFP, taking a seat on Safran's board of directors. Called F&P, this company will be represented by Robert Peugeot.
