Casino: launches bond repurchase offer
(CercleFinance.com) - As part of its refinancing plan announced on 22 October, on Tuesday Casino announced the launch of a bond repurchase offer on strains maturing in March 2020, May 2021 and June 2022.
This bond repurchase offer is subject to the raising of new funding. On the basis of a target amount of new financing of 1.5 billion euros, it is expected to reach 700 million euros.
As part of this offer, Casino will accept all bonds tendered on the 2020 strain and will allocate the rest of the amount between the 2021 and 2022 strains. This offer has an expected settlement-delivery by the end of November.
