Casino: Goldman Sachs cuts stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Goldman Sachs Group has informed the AMF that on 21 June, through companies it controls, it reduced its stake in Casino to below the threshold of 5% of the group's capital and voting rights and that it now indirectly holds 0.
70% of the retail group's capital and 0.53% of its voting rights.
The breaking of these thresholds results from the OTC sale of Casino shares, to which the trading exemption applies for it. On this occasion, Goldman Sachs International's stake individually fell below the threshold of 5% of Casino's capital.
