Casino: Morgan Stanley cuts stake
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning, the AMF released a statement, detailing that on 5 March, Morgan Stanley reduced its stake in Casino's capital to below the threshold of 5%.
On this date, and following OTC sales of Casino shares and a reduction in the number of shares held by assimilation, the US investment bank held, for its own account, just 0.76% of the retailer's capital and 0.58% of its voting rights.
