(CercleFinance.com) - The Autorité des marchés financiers this morning published a statement detailing that on 12 September Morgan Stanley, indirectly and (clearly) for its own account, increased its shareholding in Casino above the threshold of 5% of its voting rights.
As of this date, and after its subsidiary Morgan Stanley & Co.
International increased the number of shares held in its trading book, the US investment bank held 8.13% of the French retailer's capital and 5.54% of its voting rights.
