Casino: BlackRock reduces stake
(CercleFinance.com) - A notice issued yesterday by the Autorité des marchés financiers details the statement that on 10 September, the US asset management giant BlackRock's stake in Casino's capital fell below the threshold of 5%, following its sale of shares - both on the market - and the restitution of shares held as collateral.
As of this date, BlackRock held, on behalf of clients and the funds it manages, 4.92% of the French retail group's capital and 3.35% of its voting rights.
