Casino: BlackRock raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, has notified the AMF that on 6 July it raised its stake in Casino Guichard-Perrachon to above the threshold of 5% of its capital.
For the said clients and funds the company now holds 5,737,077 Casino Guichard-Perrachon shares, representing the same number of voting rights, or 5.20% of its capital and 3.53% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the purchase of Casino Guichard-Perrachon shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
