Casino: Goldman Sachs' stake exceeds 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - The Goldman Sachs Group has informed the AMF that on 27 June, via companies it controls, its stake in Casino's capital has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the food retailer's capital, with the bank now holding 5.
18% of its capital and 3.52% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from OTC purchases of Casino shares.
