Casino: Blackrock stake below 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management has informed the AMF that on 21 June, its stake fell below the threshold of 5% of Casino's capital and that, on behalf of these clients and funds, it now holds 4.
81% of the group's capital and 3.27% of its voting rights.
This threshold crossing results from a sale of Casino shares on the market and a return of shares held as collateral.
