(CercleFinance.com) - Casino has announced an expansion of its collaboration with Dia, through the creation of a new joint venture called CD Supply Innovation, which will begin to operate on 15 December.
In the wake of their decision in 2015 to combine the purchases of their own brands in Europe, CD Supply Innovation will be in charge of orders, payment and supply of the own brand products of the two retail groups.
To do so, the company will offer logistics and financial services. It will also act as an innovation laboratory, offering solutions to optimise the value chain.
