Vinci: THG wins two contracts in Germany
(CercleFinance.com) - THG, the German subsidiary of ETF (Eurovia), has announced that it has won two railway works contracts with Deutsche Bahn, worth a total of 67 million euros.
The first contract concerns the redevelopment of Bonn Beuel station. The works will begin in the first quarter of 2021 and are set to be completed in 2023.
The second contract concerns the renewal of eight kilometres of existing track and the creation of 3.3 kilometres of new track on the line between Leverkusen-Rheindorf and Langenfeld-Berghausen.
These works will enable train speeds to be increased to 160 km/h.
The contract also includes the installation of over 8,000 square metres of noise barriers.
