Vinci: acquires Appex
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Energies announces its acquisition of Appex, a French company that is a pioneer in consulting and the integration of data management and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
The deal will enrich its Axians brand's Data Analytics offer in France.
Appex's sales reached five million euros in 2019, mainly in banking and insurance, as well as in mass market retail. It has an approved training centre, the Data Academy, which offers personalised training.
Vinci said that this strategic acquisition reinforces the group's offer in Data Analytics and provides its clients and prospects with supplementary expertise.
