Vinci: Barclays raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Barclays estimates that Vinci will post the strongest growth in motorway traffic in Q4 2019 (up 14.
8%), following the yellow vests demonstrations and due to the French rail strikes.

Analysts expect a robust quarter for Airport traffic to, with growth of 5.3%.

"This leads us to forecast a FY-19 EBIT of EUR5.70bn, up 14%, a 2% upgrade to our previous forecast," Barclays says.

The analysts say that the focus will also be on the dividend this year (which Barclays has increased by 17% over the year), as the company could finally review its distribution policy.

Barclays has therefore raised its target price to 99 euros (against 93 euros previously), with "equal weight" rating, primarily as a result of our earnings upgrade and model roll over.
