Vinci: Eurovia wins contract in Canada
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci group announced on Thursday night that Carmacks, a subsidiary of Eurovia, has won the contract for the maintenance of the "Deerfoot Trail" motorway in Calgary, Alberta (Canada).
"Worth more than E80 million (around C$120 million), the contract calls for the daily maintenance of Deerfoot Trail. It includes winter maintenance, maintenance and upkeep of infrastructure (bridges, roads and drains) and equipment (crash barriers, signage and lighting), as well as green spaces," Vinci said.
Scheduled to last over a period of 7 years, this contract includes the possibility for a renewal of 3 years. It will come into effect on 1 August this year.
